Weblark have a finely tuned Quality Control System and Manual to cover all the customers and BSI’s procedures, and holds approvals for some major companies such as Rolls Royce, Dunlop, Alstom, Jones & Shipman to name a few.

The temperature controlled modern inspection area contains programmable coordinate measurement machine (CMM), Digital shadow graph and Trymos high gauge, together with  a full complement of inspection equipment.

All equipment is calibrated centrally by the inspection department to ensure and maintain a standard from shop floor all the way to final inspection.

SPC & Gauge R & R techniques are operated throughout the factory to maintain the manufacturing process.
